The Activity Coach consists of multiple modules implemented into one application: SmartWork, Bionic, Diameter. Each module is accessible through a research code that the user has to fill in at the beginning. I designed and created each module of the application starting from wireframing, user journey, user research and behaviour and functionality up until the final design. The SmartWork module can be accessed also on the web interface for the caretakers.
The SmartWork module includes steps, sleep, nutrition, heart rate, work energy, weight management trackers as well as energy tracking interface, office friendly exercises and gamification options. The module also has a data sharing option where the user can choose to share their data with their caregiver (medical nurse, doctor, legal guardian, etc). The user can choose which data they want to share and can choose to stop sharing anytime. The data which is shared can be accessed by the caregivers via an online web portal.
The Bionic module includes steps and fatigue trackers as well as a 6 weeks activity program with exercises and videos. The gamification option is here also included and the user can choose to participate in challenges with their colleagues.
The Diameter module is specifically designed for users who suffer from diabetes and the users can track their blood sugar levels, activity and nutrition.
Both SmartWork and Bionic modules have step, sleep and resting heart rate trackers. The nutrition diary is included in the Smart Work and Diameter modules. Diameter module is specifically designed for people who suffer from diabetes so there is an extra blood sugar meter and exercise
